AI Policy
Rosely Group recognises the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing productivity, creativity and decision making across our work, and in helping us deliver high quality, high impact outcomes more efficiently.
We are approaching the use of AI with care, intention and a strong sense of responsibility. As we explore and implement new technologies, our focus remains on acting in the best interests of our teams, clients and wider stakeholders, while upholding ethical standards and maintaining a human led approach in everything we do.
As such, we adhere to the following principles:
Our promise of human content creation: All work we produce is driven by human insight, experiences, creativity and expertise. While AI may support elements of the process, every piece of content is shaped and approved by our team to ensure it is original, thoughtful and aligned with our clients’ needs.
Media Promise: All written content sent to media and journalists will be generated by human members of our team. No generative AI will be used in the writing of press releases, pitches, commentary, thought leadership or reporting writing.
We take a human led approach to AI. All AI assisted work is carefully reviewed to ensure accuracy, quality, fairness and alignment with our standards.
We use AI to support, not replace, our expertise. It does not substitute the strategic thinking, experience and originality we bring to our work.
We are committed to transparency. Where appropriate, we will be transparent about our use of AI and will always agree its use with clients or media.
Ethical Use: We ensure our use of AI is ethical, explainable and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations, including data protection requirements such as GDPR.
Privacy: We do not input confidential, sensitive or personal client information into AI tools.
Training: We strive to provide ongoing training and guidance to our team, ensuring they understand both the capabilities and limitations of AI and can use it responsibly and effectively.
Regular Reviews: We regularly review and assess AI tools before use, considering factors such as data security, intellectual property, reliability and suitability. We will continue to review and evolve our approach to AI in line with industry developments, regulation and best practice.
Implementation:
Day to day responsibility for adhering to this policy sits with each individual, with senior leadership providing oversight to ensure it is implemented consistently and effectively.
We will carry out regular reviews of AI usage to monitor compliance with this policy and identify areas for improvement.
Employees are encouraged to raise any concerns or potential breaches with their line manager or senior management.
Rosely Group is dedicated to the responsible application of artificial intelligence to improve our services and deliver value to clients. Through adherence to the principles set out in this policy, we seek to preserve trust, uphold strong ethical standards, and embrace innovation in a rapidly changing industry.
This policy will be reviewed annually or as required to reflect changes in AI technology, regulations, and business needs. Updates will be communicated to all employees and stakeholders promptly.
